If you are a registered user, you have
lifetime free technical support. Please, do
not hesitate to ask us any questions you
have.
We reply to all e-mail messages and
inquiries from Active Port Pro users. If you
do not receive a reply within a reasonable
time, send your message again making sure
you provide the correct return address. We
reply to registered users within one or
maximum two business days.
